Saudi Korean Health Informatics Company (SKHIC) emerged as a beacon of innovation, born from a visionary Joint Venture agreement between esteemed organizations: the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNGHA) in Saudi Arabia, Seoul National University Bundang Hospital (SNUBH), SK Telecom, and ezCaretech from Korea.

EzCareTech, Our Shareholder, is a leading EHR provider In-house IT company established in 2001 as a spinoff company from Seoul National University Hospital. has consistently expanded its business positioning as the #1 Health IT vendor in Korea.
EzCareTech has actively advanced the HIS implementation in KSA with the cooperation of its JV partner SKHIC, and EzCareTech has successfully exported HIS to the USA and Japan via its overseas branches.
